Weather: sunny but cold and windy

glute activation and stick work
19' warm up
drills and strides
3 X 6 X 200m/1' jog back to start/3'
20' cool down
some core strengthening work

JK and I intended to do mile reps but the wind made that unreasonable. So we did some 200's together with very short breaks. Some intervals were done with the younger runners and that made it much easier to go faster as they broke through the wind. The tailwind on the 100m stretch made these someone easy and, for simplicity sake, I averaged them at 30".
