Weather: 78, humid, a tad nasty at the end
Comments:
I ran with Stats at my house at 8am. We took Taylor Park to 26th to Military to 36th and Piedmont. I felt pretty good for the majority of the run. We did six striders together, stretched and then he left after which I did the Boardman core routine with 10 pushups between each item, fifty in total. I did 25 supermen with a one minute hold to conclude. I am glad that I dragged myself out of bed.
