Comments:
First time in over two months (?) that I ran 10+ However, the run was a success and I gave the 'progression run' a go. My pace was a little over zealous as I started out going 7:00 and planned on dropping 15 seconds for every two mile interval. The first three were good but the final two did not go as planned (6:00 and 5:45 were a bit much for the first go but maybe at the end of my training grind this will not be an issue as I will have the endurance and strength training necessary to belt this out). Overall, the run must be counted a success.
