Summer Gym 80% Cardio Run

Comments:
Had to run at fast pace of 80% of maximum heart rate. Pace was around 6:30 - 6:40 for about 21 minutes, then we had to go inside because of lightening. Got in at least 3.25 miles on track, then tried to get heart rate up inside Wellness Center. Could not get it up, so I didn't get full credit. Probably ran around 4 miles.
