Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Long day that flew by. Had a meeting with the Army this morning, and it went longer than I expected, so we ate lunch late. Also didnt get any coffee so I was fading near the end of the meeting. Came home around 5 and headed out. It was still pretty toasty. I really didnt want to run, but I knew I should. You never regret a run, you just regret skipping runs. It was a struggle, I was going slow, but I felt good by the end and felt satisfied with the run. Legs were tired today though. Not a lot of shade cover out in Sunderland either, so running on the roads can be pretty brutal sometimes.
Essentials: Stretch
Great stretch my legs and arms were pretty sore after the game yesterday. I played the whole game and didnt get much time to rest and stretch out. Feel much better after shaking them out today and then stretching. Still feel tired though.
