"pull" tempo

Ran after work. I'm not sure I took a allergy med. I don't think I did.

The weather was nice: dry and sunny, but a bit cool. Wanted to do a tempo, but felt a little tired and beat-up. But I did it anyway. Did some strides on the way, after work, then got after it.

Results were...OK:

5:50, 5:54?, then a 2:54 half mile

2.5 miles total. Felt like I wasn't quite up to 3 miles, and I needed to get back in time for the hunt.

The PULL (pawback) resulted in significantly more power, but it's also more work. I also felt like I was a little asthmatic, but not "too" bad.

Jogged back to work. Felt OK, but "really low" on energy.
