easy "pull" 3 on treadmill

Ran on treadmill at lunch. TIRED & sluggish. For sure no allergy meds today. HR was jacked: like high 120s running 8:00 pace. Hmmm...

Pawback felt good, though, and overall less swivZ.

What I've found out is that when I try to run "ALL in the hips" (e.g. pushing with gluts, etc), THAT is what creates the swivz. And I'm sure that's where it came from, back in '11.
