Weather: upper 60s low 70s, partly cloudy.
Comments:
Stroke Seat-4 man
started with pushups and core workout. Did 300 squat jumps.
Worked on leaning towards rigger. Rowed 5 minute pieces at around 32. Was close to failing towards the end, form got really sloppy. Tonight my thighs are realy sore.
