I headed towards the boardwalk, taking it out easy, the accelerating after about three minutes. I had meant for today to be an easier day, but still aimed for a negative split. I took the boardwalk to surf avenue to Zwaanedal to Tidewaters, turning around at 13:00, coming back in 12:21. I jogged a street over then did six, shorter striders. I did most of the Boardman core routine with ten push-ups, finishing with 30 squats. Nearly all my runs , including this one, I've mapped with gmap.
