Long run bail out

Weather: 75 a bit warm

Comments:
So a few things happened that prevented me again from achieving a true 2 hour long run. 1) Sleeping 3 hours two nights ago and 7 hours last night, 2) Drinking the past two nights, 3) Deciding I wanted to try out my lightest flats on the long run to start preparing for a marathon in them, 4) 75 degrees out. But the biggest problem was 5) I stopped to get water at my apartment at 1 hour 33 minutes, went out the door again and begin running, and my right knee was aching. So disappointedly I just called it off.

Thanks Phil for running a middle 6 miles with me. At least the pace was decent without crashing and burning, and I ran 7 days in a row :)
