Weather: Cool and pleasant
Comments:
Ran by myself after dinner. Just a short run, but necessary to keep the legs loose and the routine ingrained. Short on mileage this week but any run is better than nothing and I felt hungry for more with no soreness, so next week will be pleasant to start.
