Comments:
2 mi. warm-up; 5 by 1.1 mi. with 90 second rest. it was really tough; i ran over this 1.1 mi. loop that contains 4 legit-sized hills. Started out at 6:30 and inched down to 6:15. my head was in it the entire time. pleasing workout. 2 mi. cool.
