The Shell up SW Bike Path to Midvale and back-
I started off feeling kind of sick and realized about halfway out on my intended route that I needed to turn around and get back to the Shell for a bathroom stop before I did anything else, so I turned at Midvale. By the time I made it back, I was feeling really horrible and didn't even finish the rest of the distance. I had some awful cramps just sitting in a chair the rest of the night.
