I haven't felt so heavy legged at the start of a run in a really long time. I think 4, 12-hour days of walking, standing, and dancing at Firefly really took it out of me. I slept for 11 hours last night for the first time in almost a year! Anyways, it was really tough to motivate myself to get out on this run because I was feeling light-headed and tired all morning (despite drinking tons of water). As always, my legs did warm up over the course of the run and I felt better. Ben and I alternated holding Lani and dragging her along behind us constituted a workout itself (poor lani :/).
Did pushups, v-ups, and squats after.
