Comments:
Ran a little before 2:30am, so technically this was Wednesday. I like to end the day when I go to bed for the night though, so I'm counting it as Tuesday's mileage. Really quiet solo to Coventry and back. A few token miles to put something in the box and to shake out the legs. My hamstring was a bit sore after yesterday's lift, which I'm thinking might have been due to improper deadlift form. Nothing troublesome for mileage work though.

Also, I took a 3 hour nap from 4:40 to 7:40 this afternoon/ evening.
