Fundamental 13.1

This was actually a true Fundamental workout by Canova standards for a half-marathoner whose goal is 1:10-1:11, as opposed to what I've been calling "fundamental aerobic" which is just building my aerobic house. From my interpretation of Canova's methods, an over-distance Fundamental workout for a (goal) 1:11 half marathoner (5:25 pace) is 14-17 miles at 6:10's-6:30's. At this point, there's not much difference for me between a strong long run and a Fundamental phase over-distance workout for the 13.1, especially because I'm not really trying to specialize in a race distance, but hopefully in coming months that differentiation will happen.
