Weather: 90 and quite humid
Comments:
Went with the mid-level group (led by Anthony) to Tregaron. We zig zagged the trails for a little less than three miles. We went up and down some pretty big hills, which allowed me to refocus on my form/ pace each time we encountered new terrain.
Even though it was really humid and hot (and I am definitely coming down with something), it felt significantly easier and more pleasurable than my run yesterday (which was also much slower). It was so nice seeing Anthony, Emily and all the other runners I haven't seen in forever.
Did clams (30 per side), leg strength work (walking style), crunch progression (30 sec rep), plank progression, and standing squats. At home, pushups (25) and squats (25).
