Weather: mid to high 30's windy

Comments:
New 1/2 marathon PR-could have done 2-4 minutes better. Did not plan right-ran mile 7 at 8:15 and next mile was 9:10. All previous miles were between 8:30 and 8:50. Then I took 2 electrolytes without water and almost threw up. Didn't recover until mile 11.
