Weather: Very hot, sunny

Comments:
We warmed-up, then Dakota and I did the first two miles of the course, which was pretty awful in the heat, especially since we were both soar from yesterday. Then we took a minute or two break to get drinks, went back to the two mile mark, ran to Seneca, back to Sayles, and then back to the two mile mark and finished out the course. That got an extra mile in there using the black path. After that we went inside and lifted some as well as stretched.
