7-mile recovery

Comments:
An actual well-paced recovery run! Around 7 flat to 7:15 pace the entire time. Ran with group 1 and it felt very easy and relaxed. Of course, they were running slower than usual. Most did 6 so I turned back at 3 miles as well but threw in the last mile once we got back to school. I was expecting to be a lot more sore from yesterday's hill run but my legs felt good :) My quads did burn when staircasing up but I don't think it's anything to worry about. I'm excited for the tempo run! On a side note: I tried the Chia seeds today! Put a tablespoon into my oatmeal this morning and another in my water bottle. Completely tasteless!
