I had also hoped to go to st. Alban's but after getting back from Dulles at 5:15 with the USA soccer game on, it was not going to happen. I pushed through the jet lag and rode to the beach with my brother, where I will remain for an indefinite period of time. Leaving at 10pm I took the boardwalk to surf side place to Lake Avenue to first street to rehoboth avenue and back around to the boardwalk. I repeated that loop three more times so at 7:53 I had done one, including the beginning of the run, then 14:46, then 21:36 then 28:00. I cooled down at a slow pace for the rest of the run. According to gmap the loop was one mile, making the three middle miles, 6:53, 6:50 and 6:24. Form felt excellent, and I got lots of feedback from the plebs. Two minute planks then rolled into bed to sleep for 10 hours.
