600th entry! At 7pm. I took Silver lake past Dewey beach and onto route one, going as far as the old guard tower and turning around at 20:00, returning in 19:02. I focused on breathing and upright form and was not only able to maintain the pace, but negative split. Disciplined run on the whole. 15 burpees, Boardman core routine with ten push-ups between everything, 20 at the end and a 3 minute prone plank with pathetic form.
