Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
It was a little bit sunny, but super humid. It is literally impossible to run well in this humidity. This was an ok run. I stopped halfway to catch breath because if I didn't, the run would have been bad. I wish it wasn't as hard, but the heat makes it hard. I have to put in so much effort into a run during the summer which I don't want to do. My mile times were 8:08, 7:42, 7:38, 7:50, 7:55, and 7:48. I was hurting at the end of the run.
