Comments:
2 up, 8 miles rolling hills tempo in 46:48, 2 down. 2 4 mile loops, 23:08/23:40. Last 2 mile were tough, and I relaxed on 4-6 a bit too much. Breathing was very controlled, legs were heavy though. Quads were a bit sore from hills sprints last night.
