Exercise Type: Run
Weather: ~70 degrees, Warm
Comments:
Long run again. Basically the same route as the last two weeks, but added on an extra bit at the beginning to reach the goal distance. Felt really nice during the run, and it didn't feel like I went much farther than I did last week, which is excellent. Unfortunately, the pace was kind of really slow today. Not a huge deal, but I do need to pick it up a little bit more than I did today in the future. I did enjoy the lower temperature a lot though. I need more of that in my summer.
