Weather: rain so inside, then outside and cloudy, moderate
Comments:
It was storming so we started inside. I ran about a mile in the gyms, then stretched. Then we went to the weight room and I did 5 miles on the bike at about 22 mph, it took about 14 minutes. My quads were kinda dead after that but we went outside and I ran 4 laps for a second warm-up before stretching again. Then I ran 9 laps in lane 6 plus 40 meters to equal 10 laps. Then Elijah, Dakota and I ran the black path slow for a cooldown. After that we did 5 30 second stride outs which was about 150 meters due to the slow turn around on the field. Finally, we stretched for like 10 minutes.
