Skinner walk/tiny jog

Busy day: got up, cleaned up a bit, did some ACTUAL strengthening at home: push-ups, these slow "mountain climbers" (which are nothing more than a plank + knee flx and hip ext), door rows, and straight leg bridges.

From there, I got over to Allan Bros to do some writing, interspersed with r-logging, Kaci texting, and calling family. Got the iRF column done (a short and easy one!), then hit the grocery store.

Felt TIRED most of the day and didn't want to do, really anything, but I knew it'd be good to loosen up, so I hiked "the butte". Pow-hiked up, then did a little jog down, at which point Kaci called me, so I wound up chatting with her as I hiked.

Hiked about 2.5 miles in 40min or so, moving pretty good!

Pretty good week...but still a long ways to go...
