MLK Tempo

My first tempo on MLK in roughly one year. Wow.

Based on my current 5K pace, I figured my tempo pace to be around 6:05 - 6:10. So, I thought I would just try 3 miles in this range. It went pretty well and my HR in the high 160s at the finish. Very sore. Felt nice to do a workout however. Also, a beautiful morning. Next week we will go for 4 miles!!

Stretch, abs, push ups.
