Woke up feeling sore in legs and knee when I stepped out of bed.
Started warmup and my knee felt stiff. It loosened up as I continued to run. 1.3 warmup to and around Winnemac Park.
I had a plan to do 3 times around the perimeter of the park (.97 miles) with 90 second recovery periods in between each ~mile interval. On first one, I felt slow and my legs felt heavy. That continued to be the case for the next two ~miles as well.
Following third ~mile, I jogged home.
