Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Biked to lovers lane area and explored the disc golf course. I ran through all the holes (1 through 18) and managed to make a pretty funny-looking trail along the way (it looks like a bowl of spaghetti). Overall, a glorious run--the trails were carpeted with pine needles and wove through some beautiful pines and low bushes.
Before the run, I did this circuit 3x: squat w side leg lift, down dog abs, elbow plank with twist, one leg pushups, mt climbers, bulgarian split squat, superman pushup, butterfly crunch, and marching bridge. Also did planks (1 min) and leg lifts (15).
After the run, I biked around a bit because I was so pumped up by what a beautiful day it was.
