Treadmill walk for 30 minutes. 3.5 for first and last five and 3.8 for the rest. Heart rate was 111 at 20 mins and dropped to 88 at end after 3.5 walk.
New Tazwell walk from BoBs auto to Main St. Main St to Fresh&Low Pushing a grocery cart and back up Main st to 5th Ave and west to home. Measured on G-Earth
