Comments:
A tough run, as it is my first in nearly two weeks,thanks to getting married and having a honeymoon! I can go all out and lose as much weight as I like now though, without having to worry about fitting into my wedding dress,so I'm going to keep pushing harder and get my fitness to optimum levels.
