I felt so fresh yesterday! No soreness whatsoever. Ran with Coach Marca. Had a bit of trouble towards the middle of the run (on the hills) because I was focusing too much on speed instead of form. Need to work on maintaining good form on hills when it hurts the most. Other than that, great run! Picked it up quite a bit on the golf course and finished with a 7:01 average.
