MLK Tempo #2 - Pacemaster's Coming Home

Really wanted my tempo to be today in case I decide on doing the Thunder Run this coming Saturday. However, after playing some intense 3-on-3 basketball with my brother, one guy my size, and then 3 3rd graders, I was doubting what my legs had left.

Turned out very well. Hit my miles at 6:08, 6:08 6:08, and 5:55. Again, was able to run what my pace should be without any trouble. Last mile was harder. Ended with HR @ 170. Good workout. Feels awesome to accomplish a workout again. Cool down back.
