Reversed the schedule today. Work in house and garden and then to gym prior to driving to Knoxville for treatment.
5X15 torso bends #10. 3X15 inclined sit ups. 6X15 AB bench 10-20#. 3X15 inclined sit ups. On the road at 1230 on schedule.
