Comments:
Super sore from yesterday's long run. Luckily, to fill out mileage for the week, I was able to do a pretty short run today. Took it a little quicker than usual, mostly because I've got a road race tomorrow, and I have no idea what kind of time I can get right now. Did some strides at the end as well.
