Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
The fitness is evident even this early in the summer. I feel it during the warmup, during the double day morning runs and the Sunday shakeouts, and especially during these long distance runs.
I felt comfortable and strong and now I can't help but think about what the next tempo run on the golf course is going to be like! 6:10 will definitely feel different! Overall pleased and ready for yet another week of hard work :)
Rest day tomorrow- ice bath and foam rolling.
