Weather: overcast and nice at first, then sunny and warm
Comments:
Today we did a 2 mile warm-up which I ran with Aaron. Then we did 3 miles at race pace on the black trail. Elijah smoked me in the beginning. I think I stayed at a pretty consistent distance behind him after the first half-mile or so. I war really happy with the time. The 2-mile was 12:27 and then I finished in 18:58. This early in the season I'll take it. Especially considering the junk I've eaten along with the 2 times you have to turn directly around. It is super flat though. My foot is still kinda bothering me right in my toe joints. When we finished that we ran a 2-mile cooldown on the track.
