Comments:
Anthony and Simonson showed us a nice route going down Massachusetts Avenue, through Dumbarton Oaks and taking the Canal to Glover-Archibald to the community garden to Tunlaw to Garfield and back to STA. I felt decent for the first half of the run, but by the time we descended the stairs and got onto Glover, the pace did not relent as I thought it might, rather it increased. The non-ideal footing, humidity and gradual uphill did not help either, but it did turn into a high-quality run. Before we did 20 supermen and 30 second planks, doing eight striders, leg-strengthening and hip raises after.
