The Arboretum Trails-

After Mass, I drove Robert and I out to the Arboretum to go for a run on the trails so he could experience that part of Madison. It was again another good chance to catch up and discuss all the goings-on of the world.

I was originally planning to add on a short double to make up my mileage for the week, but my shin was somewhat sore so I decided not to risk it.
