The Shell up SW Bike Path to McKee and back-

I managed to get out mid-morning for this run because I have a whole bunch of meetings to go to this afternoon. My stomach felt pretty good, as it generally seems to when I run in the morning with adequate preparation time.

This run was also in a new pair of shoes. My feet felt a little more pressure than normal but fine otherwise.
