with JK. Felt fine and dandy. Hitting my k's in about 3:20. We can chaulk that up to the hill on the loop. And the heat. We didn't measure it exactly either but it was about putting out a disaplined effort today rather than persision.

Some of the MUN guys were there too doing mile repeats.

Bumped into MN and his dad on their bikes on our cool down.
