Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Decided to start alternating between tempos and long intervals between now and Waldo (did that the past two weeks). Plus Kaci did 6x800 at 5AM today (84F at 5AM in Omaha!!!) so I was inspired. FYI: her splits were between 2:45 and 2:50. #Baller
Ran two miles easy outside, then hopped on the treadmill. I've never run this fast on a 'mill. I wasn't thrilled about it, BUT I liked the idea of consistent pace AND constant form monitoring.
Got it going, and felt GOOD. Did 12mph/5:00 pace for a half-mile, then hopped off and ramped it back to 7.5mph for a quarter mile, then repeated.
Pretty easy, actually! But there's reasons for that: no wind resistance, not having to "push"...but the big benefit is the form monitoring.

Felt GOOD, like TOO easy. And I guess 2:36 8s should be, but I was happy.
Wore the N0 roads.
