Weather: hot, humid

Comments:
We ran a 2 mile warm-up, then we did 3 1600s. My first one had almost perfectly even splits, it was pretty awesome: 81, 81, 79, 80. Then my second one had the first two laps almost the same again at 89, and 90. After that it was so hot we were dead, so Elijah and I took the last one relatively easy and then I did a cool down on the trail.
