Slept really well but got a bit of late start this AM. It was damn warm again (after two consecutive 90-98F highs) this morning, relatively: 58F at 0600.

Felt GREAT -- tons of energy, legs felt good, and the knee was OK -- but...I somehow strained my L adductors. Kittin me? They *were* randomly sore on Thursday and, of course, I forgot about them and didn't stretch them. Then I took yesterday off so I'm sure they got super-tight. Damn it. It hurt to walk to work today! Probably going to have to take today/tomorrow off. :|

Gotta play it smart, because I'm feeling super-fit. "Floated" 6:30 pace on the trails today, so I can't F anything up.
