South Overlook down Cedar through campus to Ugly Statue (alone), back to Ford, up Mayfield to Coventry to Fairhill, back down through the meadow, through campus to Ugly Statue (with Phil, Greg, Ben, and Quinn), back up North Park to Coventry, back down North Park to South Overlook (alone) -

This was a another nice run, though I need to start sleeping more and my upper quads were particularly sore today. I thought I'd show the freshmen Little Italy, Mayfield Hill, Coventry, and the meadow aka Rudi Rodgers Memorial Scoutpark.

The distance is definitely a bit conservative. I deleted my time for part of it, but the pace was roughly 7:40.
