Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
We did the warm up loop and then lots of drills.
Then we did 6 strides
It was 3 accelerators and 3 sprint-float-sprints.
I complained a lot today, Haha. I really dont like drills, but i know it will help me get better!
Haha.
Im guessing the drills were like 30min?
