Comments:
8 x 400 w/ 3 min recovery at Fairview with the Second Sole Group, been running with them for the past month or so now.

Tried out the new Hoka One One shoe on the warmup, felt like I was running on a mattress.

Splits on the workout were something like:
68, 69, 71, 68, 65, 68, 65, 62

Foot feels about as good as it always has
