Weather: cloduy, humid
Comments:
It was only Adam, Coach and I. We didn't even warm-up. I just ran Scholtz road while coach biked it. It was at a decent pace I think. Then I walked to the track, stretched a tiny bit and then ran 3 miles. The second to last lap was the Coulter crapper so it was quite a bit faster. Overall I felt ok running the whole time.
