Man this run was a struggle. Really did not want to go out and run, but I forced myself. Went right around 4ish. It was pretty humid because of the rain earlier in the day. Made for even more sluggish running conditions. I slogged through this not focusing on pace at all. Just out there to get the legs moving. Just felt so tired overall. I guess I felt a little better afterwards... Legs felt rested, so they werent sore, but just low energy today.

Essentials: Stretch

Real quick stretch outside since it was so humid and I was sweating a lot and felt sticky. Legs got enough stretch I think. Dont feel tight or sore. Hopefully they recharge with more running. This is my last weekend at Sugarloaf, got a lot of packing to do. Looking forward to running more around town and on the south side. Those were all my running spots during the REU summer. I really like running around town and on the trails behind Amherst College. There are still so many I havnt found yet. Just ready to switch it up. I only have like 4 or 5 route in Sunderland, and I think I have exhausted them.
